Fintessile S.p.A., once "Tessitura Serica Giuseppe Crovato", was founded in 1923 when it started producing silk fabrics. Knowledge, constant commitment and bountiful energy have permitted the company to enter main domestic and international markets. Fintessile's strong point is its own autonomy and independence. Furthermore, its "integrated” or "vertical" cycle starts with the yarn to end with a finished fabric ready for manufacturing, produced within the company using its own appropriately modified equipment to guarantee the maximum care, delicacy and precision. Today the attention we have used for years to produce pure silk is used for producing blends with natural and man-made fibers wisely mixing the different characteristics of the various fibers to create new types with increased comfort properties.

Fintessile is a manufacturer of a whole range of medium & high quality fabrics. The designing of fabrics for special-occasion suits is our core business. We also offer a lot of fabrics especially designed for classic and casual men’s wear. The creation of fabrics for women's clothing is also our pleasure! Fabrics for clothes, jackets, trousers, shirts, classic and fancy; piece-dyed, yarn-dyed dobby and jacquard, made mainly from natural fibers: silk, linen, cotton, wool, cashmere.
